Donations & Sponsorship Requests

Thank you for your request for a charitable contribution from Savannah Harley-Davidson. Our interests are to donate primarily to motorcycle related events. Please submit your request atleast 2 weeks prior to your event. Please note that dealerships can only donate or sponsor within their designated territory. Once submitted, our events team will reach out to you to let you know if we are able to donate or sponsor your event.

Savannah Harley-Davidson will respond to your request within 10 days. Request for donation must be delivered to Savannah Harley-Davidson with a flyer of the event or on your organizations letterhead at least 15 days prior to the event.
